info
I am a positive psychologist, professor, researcher, author, and speaker. My areas of specialty include positive development, exercise and flow, and well-being. I am keenly interested in the role of exercise and nature in well-being, especially for adolescents and emerging adults. My research line focuses on how exercise and time outdoors influence well-being, specifically through the mechanisms of self-efficacy and approach motivation.
